Please note that outside of these hours, we may need to charge an additional out-of-hours fee as it can be disruptive to our operations. Alternatively, we may have to decline your request to take in your dog until we open again, either later that day or the following day.

However, we do offer outside-of-hours appointments for those travelling from afar, which will incur a fee of $25.
