We are open from Monday to Friday, welcoming our furry guests between 7.00am to 9:00am, and then again between 2:00pm and 5:30pm. On weekends and public holidays, including those that fall on weekdays, our doors are open between 8:00am to 9:00am, 11:00am to 12:00pm and 3:00pm to 4:00pm.
Please note that outside of these hours, we may need to charge an additional out of hours fee as it can be disruptive to our operations. Alternatively, we may have to decline your request to take in your dog until we open again, either later that day or the following day. We do however offer out of hours appointments for those travelling from afar, which will incur a fee of $25.
