Waiver

Paradise Pet Parks will endeavour to offer only sound, safe, and responsible care for my dog(s). However, I have been told and understand the risks inherent in having my dog walked outdoors, including but not limited to interactions with other dogs and potential exposure to injury, disease, and parasites.

I represent and warrant that I have provided Paradise Pet Parks with full and complete, accurate information regarding any bite history and similar incidents or hazardous tendencies of my dog, and that I will update that information if it changes. Further, I am and will remain responsible for the actions of my dog at all times and I hereby agree to indemnify, release, and hold harmless Paradise Pet Parks of any and all claims, whether made by myself or others, of injury, expense, costs, or damages caused by the actions of my dog while under Paradise Pet Parks care and under my own care as a result of following any instructions given me by Paradise Pet Parks.

I understand where bookings have not previously been made Paradise Pet Parks have the right to decline my dog(s) to stay if there is no availability;

Paradise Pet Parks Vaccination Policy: All canine guests must have up-to-date vaccinations in order to be a member of our pack. Owners must submit vaccination records of current C5 - DHPP (Distemper, Hepatitis, Parainfluenza and Parvovirus), Bordetella (kennel cough) which can be provided to you by your veterinarian, Puppies under 6 months of age are required to have their third vaccinations. It is the ongoing responsibility of the owner to provide verification that vaccinations are current - we will make every effort to remind you before your dog's vaccinations expire.

Collars: All dogs must be wearing a quick-release collar and must be on a leash upon entry. I agree that if my dog does not have a collar upon arrival that Paradise Pet Parks may supply one and add the costs to my booking for payment.

Safety Issues: In order to maintain a safe play environment for the dogs, any dog that misbehaves will be given a time-out from the Daycare area. All dogs that come to Boarding and Daycare will be given appropriate rest times throughout the day in a kennel.

Safety and wellbeing: I understand that supervised off-leash socialisation and interaction between dogs is encouraged. I also acknowledge that dogs are unpredictable in behaviour and am aware of the risks involved in such play.

If in the opinion of Paradise Pet Parks staff, my pet(s) need veterinary care, I agree to have them seek the services of their veterinary surgeon. I agree to pay for all costs incurred for this treatment, and for any transportation costs.

I will not hold Paradise Pet Parks liable should my pet(s) become sick, injured or dies whilst in their care.

I acknowledge that the scale of fees and charges have been given to me and I agree to pay all fees and charges owed in connection with my pet(s) visit. These fees and charges are to be finalised upon dropping off my pet(s), unless prior arrangements have been made with Paradise Pet Parks. In the event that my dog is not collected from Boarding and Daycare by Paradise Pet Parks closing time advertised without prior agreements I accept that Paradise Pet Parks will attempt to contact me and If unsuccessful my dog(s) will be boarded overnight, and all fees involved will be paid for upon collection.

I understand that my dog(s) require to undergo a temperament assessment before being accepted into Boarding and Daycare. I accept and understand that Paradise Pet parks will categorise my dog(s) and advise if there is availability within each category or if my dog(s) will be placed onto the waiting list.

Whilst the scale of fees and charges may vary with subsequent visits with my pet(s) I acknowledge and accept that the general terms of this contract will remain in place for any future visits by my pet(s) to Paradise Pet Parks, Falls Creek Nowra NSW. it is ultimately my responsibility to check back on our website regularly so that you are aware of our most current Policies, Procedures, Services and Rates. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at our sole discretion.

This contract, together with language expressly incorporated into it in writing, is the full and complete agreement between myself and Paradise Pet Parks. A complete and accurate copy of this contract is as valid as the original. This contract is made valid by in-person signatures, electronically signed signatures, or upon receipt of a signed, scanned copy by email.
