When your dog is involved in an incident involving aggression or menacing behaviour displayed towards another person, animal or even property – you may find yourself at the receiving end of regulatory action being taken by your local council as a result.

These actions are most often taken in the best interests of all parties and with the intention of keeping people and animals safe.  On occasions however, you may feel like the declaration that follows is unfair, or that you (and your dog) might benefit from an independent assessment to provide support for any appeals or legal action that may follow.
