1. Boarding dogs must be between 5 months and 15 years of age with completed and current vaccinations. Dogs need to have a C5 vaccination given 5 days or greater before being booked in.
  2. Unless required or requested to have dogs boarded individually, Paradise Pet Parks will carefully match social dogs in a shared kennel arrangement which takes into account temperament traits, size, age & gender. Additional fees will be charged for pets that are boarding alone.
  3. Owner must disclose any peculiar traits or medical condition of the dog (eg. Timidity, Climbing, Epilepsy etc).
  4. PPP reserves the right to refuse entry of any animal.
  5. The owner agrees to be solely responsible for any and all acts or behaviour of the pet while it is in the care of Paradise Pet Parks.
  6. PPP accepts no responsibility for any belongings of the pet or Owner being lost or damaged. This includes leads, collars, council or other tags, bedding and toys.
  7. The owner specifically represents that he or she is the sole owner of the pet, free and clear of all debts and encumbrances.
  8. If the proprietor or a staff member believes it necessary for a boarding pet to see a veterinary surgeon at any time, the owner of the pet agrees to pay the full veterinary bill, any transport costs involved and any ongoing treatment costs incurred. All reasonable attempts will be made to contact the pet’s owner prior to attending the vet.
  9. The pet will be delivered to the owner or any person other than the owner – provided authorisation has been given by the owner.
  10. By signing the contract conditions, the owner certifies to the accuracy of all information given about the pet. The owner acknowledges that the signing of this contract shall create a lien over the animal in favour of Paradise Pet Parks, which lien shall continue to exist whilst ever monies are owing pursuant to that contract.
  11. Under no circumstances will Paradise Pet Parks, or its employees or agents, be held responsible for Paralysis Tick, Canine Influenza (Kennel Cough), injury, death, loss or damage of any kind whatsoever, whether or not caused by any negligent, act or omission of PPP, its employees or agents, that may occur to any pet staying at PPP.
  12. Paradise Pet Parks encourages pets to socialise during playtime, and owners must inform PPP staff or the Proprietors if they do NOT wish their pet to socialise with other dogs.
